SINGAPORE – An accident involving a Ferrari, a taxi and a motorcycle has left three dead and two others injured. The crash occurred in the wee hours of Saturday at the junction of Rochor Road and Victoria Street. Witnesses say that the Ferrari crashed into a taxi when it ran a red light, causing the taxi to hit a passing motorcycle.
During the first round of the 2012 Blancpain Endurance Series at Monza Circuit I recorded the Ferrari 458 GT3 driven by the Moto GP legend Valentino Rossi with his friend Alessio Salucci (Uccio). As you can see the fantastic livery of the car is the same that Valentino used on the Ford Fiesta WRC during the 2011 Monza Rally Show last November. You can’t hear the sound of the car because the 458 GT3 is really silent (the street legal 458 is louder)
The adrenaline level is rising ahead of the double-date for the Scuderia Ferrari, busy in Australia and immediately afterwards in Malaysia. Two races, inaugurating a Formula 1 season, which will not only be exciting but also extremely long and embattled, with 20 Grands Prix in total. Don’t miss the Racing News with Stefano Domenicali’s expectations, Alonso’s and Massa’s impressions and technical advice from Luigi Fraboni, head of Ferrari’s engine operations
The new Ferrari 620GT is a monster, but not as “monstery” as another Ferrari we’ll be talking about later in the show! Some douchenugget tries to be better than everyone else and go around some construction cones and fines himself in concrete, literally. Plus it’s Dumbass Tuesday where a car get’s “forked” because no one was looking. That’s all today on Fast Lane Daily, hosted by your most favorite host in the history of the world, Derek D! www.youcar.tv This exceptional event was captured on camera of Ferrari.com, who followed this very special day for Markku Alen on the Arjeplog track, in Northern Sweden, about 100 km South of the Artic Circle. The track is probably the most challenging surface for Ferrari’s latest 12-cylinder which features an innovative 4RM four-wheel drive system that has fascinated the international press and clients, and was highly praised by Markku, the Finnish ice track specialist and winner of the World Rally Championship in 1978. At temperatures between -15° and -30° Celsius on the steep inclines and challenging corners of the 14km “Forest” track, Markku Alen was able to test the FF to extremes, particularly the car’s traction on surfaces with extremely low grip
The 2012 Formula 1 Championship is just around the corner. Just before the start of the season, the presentation of the new single-seater and the first test sessions, the Scuderia Ferrari drivers were in a training camp in Lanzarote on the Canary Islands
The Ferrari Testarossa is a 12-cylinder mid-engine sports car manufactured by Ferrari, which went into production in 1984 as the successor to the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer. The Pininfarina-designed car was originally produced from 1984 to 1991, with two model revisions following the ending of Testarossa production and the introduction of the 512 TR and F512 M which were produced from 1992 to 1996.
